Privacy Policy – Robert Gabor Board Manager

Robert Gabor Board Manager is an internal application operated by Robert Gabor AI Design Art Studios and used exclusively to manage the company’s own Pinterest Business account.

Purpose of the application

The application is used to:

  • read the names and identifiers of boards belonging to our own Pinterest Business account;
  • create approved multilingual Pinterest boards;
  • check whether a board already exists;
  • store the Pinterest-generated board IDs locally;
  • use those board IDs to assign our own editorial content to the correct boards through Tailwind.

Information processed

The application may process the following information provided through the Pinterest API:

  • Pinterest account identifier;
  • board names;
  • board identifiers;
  • board status and related technical metadata;
  • OAuth access and refresh tokens required to authenticate the application.

The application does not collect Pinterest passwords, browser cookies or login credentials.

How information is used

Information is processed solely for the internal management of the Pinterest Business account operated by Robert Gabor AI Design Art Studios.

The application is not offered to external users and does not sell, rent or share personal information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Storage and security

Board information and authentication tokens are stored securely and are accessible only to the operator of the application. Authentication is handled through Pinterest OAuth 2.0.

Authentication tokens are retained only for as long as they are required to operate the application and may be revoked through Pinterest.

Third-party services

The application communicates with the Pinterest API. Pinterest’s own processing of information is governed by Pinterest’s privacy policy and applicable terms.

Tailwind is used separately for scheduling and publishing editorial Pins. The Robert Gabor Board Manager itself does not publish Pins.
